Catalina Geo Lip Liner Pencils contain lanolin and plant extracts to moisturise and soften lips. Pencils apply smoothly and evenly, the perfect pencil for lining lips or filling in as a lipstick. Pencil sharpeners will keep them fine and to the point.
Application tip: Give the illusion of bigger lips by lining the outer most edges with a slightly darker lip liner and filling in the lips with a soft neutral shade of lipstick. For a longer lasting lip colour, shade lips in with lip liner. As lipstick fades throughout the day the liner offers a hint of colour before you reapply your lipstick.
